Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a message with a link to your secure Guest Portal. This private portal is unique to your booking and is where you’ll complete your pre-check-in, review important stay details, and receive your door access code prior to arrival.
As part of this process, guests are required to choose between a non-refundable damage waiver (which covers accidental damages up to a set limit) or a fully refundable security deposit (held and released after checkout if no damage occurs).
