Each house has a keypad lock to access. When you book Seascape you will have access to all structures for your stay.
**STRICT REMINDER: Guests may not enter neighboring properties. Your reservation is strictly for this home only. Entering other homes or yards is considered trespassing and may be reported by neighbors.
*** the $250 cleaning fee includes hot tub cleaning as well
We do have a local property manager that is available if any issues arise and to check on the property. He may stop in during your stay.
The home is on a private well and septic system. Seasonally the home does get a sulfur smell in the water.
